Netwrix maintains a global presence, fostering a remote-first work environment while encouraging and facilitating frequent face-to-face interaction with colleagues, customers, and partners. **Position Overview** Netwrix is seeking a proactive, senior Account Executive to identify, engage, land, and expand opportunities across a defined Middle East territory, with a primary focus on the UAE and broader GCC region. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on building pipeline, developing executive-level relationships, and driving strategic enterprise growth. You will be responsible for prospecting, positioning Netwrix’s industry-leading security and compliance solutions, and leading a value-driven sales process that delivers measurable outcomes for new and existing customers from the first conversation through renewal and expansion. Candidates must be based in Dubai / UAE. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and pursue net-new and expansion opportunities across the assigned Middle East territory, leveraging Netwrix’s comprehensive security, identity, and data protection portfolio * Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders—including CISOs, CIOs, IT leadership, security teams, and compliance officers—positioning Netwrix solutions as critical components of their cybersecurity and risk management strategies * Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue from enterprise and upper mid-market accounts, aligning Netwrix capabilities to regional priorities such as data protection, access governance, regulatory compliance, and insider risk * Lead complex, consultative sales cycles including discovery, value articulation, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and deal closure * Support customer adoption of Netwrix solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid IT environments * Drive partner-influenced and partner-led opportunities by working closely with distributors, system integrators, and channel partners across the region * Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales engineers, marketing, customer success, and support teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements and deliver measurable security outcomes * Stay current on regional cybersecurity trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive offerings to effectively position Netwrix’s strengths in data security, risk reduction, and compliance * Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and sales activity reporting in Salesforce, clearly communicating progress, risks, and priorities to internal stakeholders **Qualifications** **Required** * Must be based in Dubai / UAE and eligible to work in the region * 8–10+ years of progressive enterprise sales experience in the Middle East, focused on cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or enterprise software * Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar individual contributor quotas in complex, long sales-cycle environments * Strong understanding of the MEA enterprise IT landscape, customer buying behaviors, and regional regulatory considerations * Experience executing sales through hybrid go-to-market models, including direct and channel-influenced motions * Demonstrated success working with and enabling channel partners, distributors, and system integrators to close enterprise deals * Solid understanding of information security concepts relevant to Netwrix’s portfolio, including identity governance, data access control, auditing, and compliance * Familiarity with global and regional frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, and Zero Trust architectures * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive and technical audiences * Fluency in English and Arabic is required * Willingness and ability to travel across the MEA region as needed **Preferred** * Experience working in a high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity software company * Background selling into regulated industries such as financial services, government, healthcare, or critical infrastructure * Experience with subscription-based or hybrid licensing models **Our Values** At Netwrix, our values guide every action: * **Next-Level Customer Focus** -Customers first, always.
