World Acid Account Manager - Job Description Position Title: Account Manager _ SulaymaniyahReports To: Sales Manager Assigned Region: Kurdistan Location: Based in assigned region, with travel as required Objective Manage and grow sales within the assigned region by developing customer relationships, executing sales plans, and converting opportunities into orders. The Account Manager is responsible for consistent market coverage, disciplined sales execution, and contributing to the achievement of regional and national sales targets. Key Responsibilities * Manage sales activities and customer relationships within the assigned region. * Execute regional sales plans and priorities as defined by the Sales Manager. * Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential customers. * Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts to support repeat business. * Conduct customer meetings and site visits as required. * Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals and quotations. * Support negotiations and commercial discussions in coordination with the Sales Manager. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure feasibility, delivery, and customer satisfaction. * Track sales activities and customer interactions accurately. * Provide regular market feedback and customer insights to support decision-making. Position Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. * 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial, chemical, oil & gas, or heavyindustry environments. * Proven ability to manage customer relationships and close commercial deals. * Strong command of professional email platforms and business communication tools. * Experience using task and workflow management software. * Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. * Practical experience working with CRM systems to manage sales activities and customer data. * Ability to organize, track, and report sales activities clearly. * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Structured and disciplined approach to managing sales activities. * Fluency in Kurdish (or Arabic for positions based in region middle and south) and English (spoken and written). * Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. * Has his own car with a valid driver license.So, if you are qualified or know someone who is, please send your resume to:Email: [email protected]: +9647710828482Please indicate (Account Manager) in the Subject section of the email.
