Job Title: Certified Management Accountant (CMA, ACCA / CPA) Location: Sharjah Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Finance & Accounts **\*\*\*\*\* ARABIC SPEAKER** \*\*\*\*\* \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ - Position: Financial Controller – Multi-Branch Operations Location: Head Office – UAE/ SHarjah Reports to: General Manager / CEO Type: Full-time – Centralized oversight of all branches and warehouses - Job Objective To manage and oversee the financial and accounting systems for all company branches, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and insight-driven decision-making. This role requires a strategic financial mind — someone who thinks like a business leader, not just an accountant. -Key Responsibilities * Supervise all accountants across branches and warehouses; ensure daily and weekly reporting accuracy. * Design and implement a unified accounting system (ERP) linking all branches and the head office in real time. * Prepare consolidated financial statements on a monthly and quarterly basis. * Monitor cash flow and analyze profit and loss performance for each branch. * Oversee inventory and sales movement to ensure alignment with financial data. * Supervise e-invoicing, VAT, and Zakat compliance per local regulations. * Deliver analytical financial reports to senior management highlighting performance, profitability, and trends. * Establish internal control systems to minimize errors, losses, and duplication. * Coordinate with external auditors and audit firms to ensure full financial compliance. -Required Skills * Exceptional accuracy and analytical speed. * Ability to see the big picture and make strategic financial decisions. * Leadership in managing multi-location accounting teams. * Advanced proficiency in analytical Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (Odoo / Zoho / SAP / Oracle). * Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. * High integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data. - Qualifications and Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. * Professional certification such as CMA, ACCA, or CPA (required). * Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years managing multi-branch operations. * Experience in retail, trading, or industrial sectors (preferably furniture, textiles, or warehouse operations). - Personal Attributes * Strong analytical and mathematical mindset. * Strategic thinker who views numbers as insights, not just results. * Capable of managing details without losing focus on overall strategy. * Smart, balanced, and principled in financial decision-making.
