FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY Systematic preparation, collection, recording, reporting and analysis of financial data of the company. 1. Accounts payable * Payment to all suppliers & employee leave disbursement. * Processing Utility Bills payments ( DEWA, Telecommunications, Gas, Dinner, etc. ) * Preparation of advance payment cheques, employee final settlements, etc. 2. Local Purchase Orders (LPO) Account Code Changes 3. Receipt & Review of Supplier’s invoices 4. Preparation & Issuance of LPO for employee’s Air Ticket bookings. 5. Petty Cash Entry 6. Preparation & Sending of Invoices to clients 7. Checking Employees Overtime through Time Cards 8. Recording of Debit Notes 9. Bank Documents 10. Maintaining Vehicle Insurance Policy 11. Maintaining Company’s Salik Recharge Cards 12. Preparation of Bank Documents such as Letter of Credit, Advance Payment Guarantee Bond, Performance Bond, etc. 13. Updating the Project Overview (POV) * Overview of project status * Update Budget Column * Reconcile with delivery notes & project status * Follow-up for Handing over documents & LPOs * Updating Invoices Columns & project status as required KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS 1. Holder of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy 2. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections. 3. Adherence to working instructions and procedures in accordance with the company’s Integrated Management System Policy.
