Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the organization’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should also possess strong commanding power to handle financial matters confidently and coordinate effectively with internal teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports. * Handle accounts payable and receivable. * Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Assist in budgeting and forecasting. * Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. * Process payroll and monitor expenses. * Support internal and external audits. * Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions. * Coordinate with management and other departments with confidence and clarity. Required Qualifications: * Master's degree in Commerce, Finance or related field. * 5 years of accounting experience and strong financial analysis skills. * Knowledge of accounting principles and practices. * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Strong commanding presence with the ability to handle responsibilities independently.
