Accountant

Job description: **Job Title: Accountant– Real Estate Company (Sharjah )** **Company Overview** We are a growing real estate company based in Sharjah with multiple branches across the UAE. We are looking to expand our finance team by hiring qualified and motivated accounting professionals for both our Head Office and branch operations. **Key Responsibilities** Manage and oversee accounting operations across branches Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations Prepare financial reports and statements in line with IFRS standards Supervise branch accounting and consolidation of accounts Perform and review bank and branch reconciliations Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance Report directly to the Chief of Operations **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (mandatory) Preference for candidates with CA / CMA qualifications (semi-qualified candidates will also be considered) 2 to 4 years of GCC Accounting Experience is mandatory .
