With a track record of 1,350+ projects and a 100% client satisfaction rate, we pride ourselves on our integrated in-house model—designers, engineers, and craftsmen working under one roof to deliver "Where Vision Becomes Home." **Job Summary** We are looking for a detail-oriented **Accountant** to manage day-to-day accounting activities for our interior renovation projects. The candidate should have experience in project-based accounting, cost tracking, and coordination with vendors, site teams, and management. **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain **daily accounting records**, including vouchers, journal entries, and ledgers * Handle **accounts payable and receivable**, vendor payments, and client collections * Prepare **project-wise cost tracking**, budgets, and expense reports * Process **purchase invoices**, subcontractor bills, and petty cash * Reconcile **bank statements**, supplier accounts, and customer accounts * Manage **VAT / GST compliance**, filing returns, and related documentation * Coordinate with **site engineers and procurement teams** for material and labor costs * Prepare **monthly financial statements**, MIS reports, and cash flow reports * Assist in **audit preparation** and provide required financial data * Ensure compliance with **company policies and local regulations** **Required Skills & Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance, or Commerce** * Proven experience in **interior fit-out, construction, or renovation industry** * Strong knowledge of **accounting principles and taxation** * Proficiency in **Tally / ERP / QB/ accounting software** and MS Excel * Ability to handle **multiple projects and deadlines** * Good communication and coordination skills **Preferred Skills** * Experience with **project costing & budgeting** * Knowledge of **contracts, LPOs, and variation orders** * Familiarity with **labor costs and site expenses** Job Type: Full-time Experience: * Accounting: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
