**ocation:** Dubai / UAE **Job Type:** Full-Time **Job Summary:** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Account Cum Office Administrator** with strong experience in **Tally and MS Excel** to handle daily accounting operations along with office administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing financial records accurately while supporting overall office coordination. **Key Responsibilities:Accounts & Finance (Tally & Excel Focus):** * Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in **Tally (ERP)** * Prepare **sales invoices, purchase entries, and payment vouchers** * Manage **accounts receivable & payable** * Perform **bank reconciliation in Tally** * Generate financial reports (P&L, ledger, trial balance) * Prepare and maintain **Excel reports for sales, expenses, and cash flow** * Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients * Assist in **VAT calculation and filing (UAE)** **Excel-Based Tasks:** * Prepare **daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports** * Maintain **customer & supplier records in Excel** * Create and manage **inventory tracking sheets** * Use Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) * Support management with data analysis and reporting **Office Administration:** * Handle documentation, filing, and email correspondence * Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics teams * Manage office supplies and vendor coordination * Support sales team with quotations, invoices, and order processing * Maintain organized records of invoices, contracts, and documents **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting / Finance / Business Administration** * Minimum **2–4 years of experience** in a similar role * Strong working knowledge of: * **Tally ERP** * **MS Excel (Advanced preferred)** * Knowledge of **UAE VAT regulations** * Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) * Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently **Key Skills:** * Tally ERP expertise * Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting) * Attention to detail * Time management * Financial accuracy **Preferred:** * Experience in **trading / telecom / IT companies** * Knowledge of **import/export documentation** * Familiarity with **inventory management** **Salary:** As per experience + benefits **How to Apply:** Send your CV to: **[email protected]** Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
