Accountant

**Job Title:** Accountant **Location:** United Arab Emirates **Experience Required:** Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE **Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with at least 2 years of UAE experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and supporting the company’s financial operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain and update financial records (invoices, receipts, payments) * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports * Handle accounts payable and receivable * Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow * Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and prepare VAT returns * Assist in budget preparation and financial planning * Process payroll and employee reimbursements * Coordinate with auditors and assist during audits * Maintain general ledger and journal entries * Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving measures **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Minimum **2 years of UAE accounting experience (mandatory)** * Knowledge of UAE VAT laws and financial regulations * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) * Strong knowledge of MS Excel * Good analytical and problem-solving skills * Attention to detail and high level of accuracy * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines **Preferred Qualifications:** * Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA – preferred but not mandatory) * Experience in UAE-based companies or audit firms **Salary & Benefits:** * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Visa, medical insurance, and other benefits as per UAE labor law **How to Apply:** Interested candidates can submit their CV along with relevant documents.
