Accountant-Operational & Hands on Role

**Job Title:** Accountant – Operational & Hands-On Role (Saudi Market) **Location:** Riyadh **Job Type:** Full-time **Position Overview:** We are looking for a highly disciplined, hands-on Accountant who is capable of managing both financial and daily operational responsibilities. This role is not limited to traditional accounting tasks; it requires full involvement in the day-to-day operations of the company. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare trial balances, financial statements, and complete accounting reports * Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities * Ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations, including VAT and ZATCA requirements * Prepare and submit VAT filings accurately and on time * Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and control expenses * Handle daily administrative and operational office activities * Manage local purchasing processes in coordination with management * Prepare quotations, pricing sheets, and commercial offers professionally * Maintain organized financial records and documentation * Support audits and coordinate with external auditors * Ensure accuracy, control, and discipline across all financial and operational processes **Requirements:** * Maximum age: 30 years * Minimum 5 years of proven experience in accounting * Strong and practical knowledge of Saudi VAT, Zakat, and ZATCA regulations * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software / ERP systems * Strong typing and document preparation skills * Ability to handle both accounting and operational responsibilities efficiently * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable * Strong work ethic with the ability to work under pressure * Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance * Experience in a similar operational accounting role within Saudi Arabia **Work Location:** Riyadh **Apply Now:** Send your CV to: [email protected] Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
