Accountant Payable

**Accountant – Payable** We are looking for a detail-oriented **Accountant- Payable** to join our finance team in a fast-paced **food distribution company**. If you have strong experience in **invoice processing, supplier reconciliation, and ERP systems**, this is a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic environment. · **Key responsibilities** * Process and record **supplier invoices** accurately and on time * Perform **3-way matching** (PO, Delivery notes, GRN Invoice) * Prepare and execute **payments** (bank transfers, cheques) * Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies * Monitor **credit terms** and ensure timely payments * Support month-end closing activities * Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams · **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in commerce / accounting * 3–5 years of experience in **Accounts Payable** * Experience in **FMCG / Trading / Distribution** is preferred * Hands-on experience with **ERP systems** (Odoo preferable) * Strong Excel skills * High attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work under pressure * Available to join immediately Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
