**Job Summary** Responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office while maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the finance function. A dual-role position suited to a detail-oriented professional comfortable working across both disciplines. **Key Responsibilities** Administration * Manage front office operations including correspondence, filing, document control, and courier management * Maintain and organise company records, contracts, licences, and legal documents * Coordinate office supplies, maintenance, and vendor relationships * Support HR functions including employee onboarding, leave tracking, and attendance records * Assist in visa processing, trade licence renewals, and government-related documentation in the UAE * Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare meeting minutes * Liaise with PRO, insurance providers, and government authorities as required Accounting * Process accounts payable and receivable, including supplier invoices and client billing * Maintain petty cash and reconcile cash transactions * Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing * Record journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger entries * Assist in preparation of financial statements, expense reports, and budgets * Track project-related expenses and report against budgets * Liaise with external auditors and support annual audit preparation * Ensure VAT compliance and assist with VAT filing in line with UAE FTA requirements **Qualifications & Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field * 3–5 years of experience in a combined admin and accounts role, preferably in the UAE construction or contracting sector * Proficiency in accounting software — Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books preferred * Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel * Solid understanding of UAE VAT regulations * Excellent organisational and multitasking ability * Discreet, reliable, and able to handle confidential information * Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage **Employment Details** * Location: Dubai, UAE * Type: Full-Time * Reporting to: General Manager Job Type: Permanent Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
