Apricot Technical Services LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Admin Cum Accountant** to manage day-to-day administrative operations, accounting functions, and basic HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks. **Key Responsibilities** **Administrative Duties:** * Manage daily office operations and coordination * Maintain proper filing systems (hard copy and digital records) * Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams * Monitor and manage office supplies and requirements **Accounting Duties:** * Prepare invoices, quotations, and LPOs * Maintain accounts payable and receivable * Record daily financial transactions with proper documentation * Handle petty cash and expense tracking * Assist in VAT documentation and coordinate with auditors **HR Duties:** * Maintain employee records and documentation * Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and timesheets * Assist in recruitment coordination and onboarding process * Support HR and PRO-related documentation when required **Requirements** * Minimum **1 year of UAE experience (Mandatory)** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Good communication skills in English **Contact Details** **0585397828** **[email protected]** Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
