We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Manager** to join our team in the education industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a strong understanding of the education sector, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. **Location : Dubai UAE** **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. * Identify and establish relationships with educational institutions, training centers, and corporate clients. * Generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and close sales deals. * Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. * Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, ensuring they meet their individual and team targets. * Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients. * Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. * Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings. **Requirements:** * **Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales, in the education or EdTech industry.** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * Strong network in the education sector (colleges, training centers, etc.). * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
