AI lead & automation Trainer

**Job Title: Lead AI & Automation Engineer (Corporate Trainer)** **Location:** Dubai, UAE (Mainland / On-site) **Reporting to:** Managing Director / CEO **1. Core Mission** To develop and deliver industry-leading training programs that go beyond theory. You will teach students and corporate clients how to "AI-fy" every aspect of their business—from coding and data analysis to automated customer journeys—ensuring they save at least 40% of their operational time through technology. **2. Technical Knowledge & "Must-Know" Programming** The candidate **must** be proficient in the following languages and frameworks to lead your "Technical Skills" permit category: * **Primary Language:** **Python** (Expert level). Must be able to teach libraries like *Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn,* and *PyTorch* for data automation. * **Web & Automation:** **JavaScript/TypeScript**. Essential for teaching web scraping and building custom automation scripts. * **Database:** **SQL**. To teach how AI interacts with large-scale business databases. * **Low-Code/No-Code:** Expert mastery of **Zapier, Make.com, and Interakt/WhatsApp API** (crucial for your current institute operations). **3. "AI in Everything" Usage Requirements** We are looking for a trainer who uses AI as their "co-pilot" in every task. They must be able to teach: * **AI for Coding:** Using GitHub Copilot or Cursor to refactor and debug code 5x faster. * **AI for Operations:** Automating lead follow-ups, invoice generation (QuickBooks/Odoo integration), and CRM updates. * **AI for Content:** Advanced Prompt Engineering for high-quality marketing assets and video beat-syncing. * **AI for Analytics:** Using LLMs to analyze financial reports and predict business trends. **4. Key Responsibilities** * **Syllabus Engineering:** Create a 12-week "AI Business Transformation" course for KHDA approval. * **Practical Labs:** Set up a "Digital Automation Lab" where students build live bots during class. * **Corporate Consulting:** Assist the MD in selling customized AI workshops to Dubai-based SMEs. * **Compliance:** Ensure all curriculum aligns with the **Dubai Economic Agenda (D33)** and the **UAE AI Strategy 2031**. **5. Candidate Requirements (The "KHDA Filter")** * **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or Software Engineering (**Must be MOFA Attested**). * **Teaching Portfolio:** Proven track record of training groups of 20+ professionals. * **UAE Context:** Familiarity with the Dubai regulatory landscape and local business culture. * **The "Demo" Challenge:** Candidates will be required to build a working automation bot in 30 minutes during the final interview.
