Work Coordination * Coordinate with: * Site engineers * Main contractor representatives * Other trades (civil, MEP, finishing) * Ensure proper sequencing of works to avoid delays or clashes 3. Quality Control * Ensure installations meet project specifications and quality standards * Conduct routine checks for: * Alignment and levels * Fixing methods * Sealant application and finishing * Report and rectify defects or non-conformances 4. Material Management * Check availability of materials before starting work * Coordinate with store and procurement for material requirements * Ensure proper handling and storage of aluminium profiles, glass, and accessories 5. Health & Safety * Enforce site safety procedures and regulations * Ensure workers use proper PPE (helmets, harnesses, gloves, etc.) * Conduct toolbox talks and ensure safe work practices, especially at heights 6. Manpower Management * Supervise and guide fabricators, installers, and helpers * Monitor attendance and performance of workers * Provide on-the-job training when required 7.
