AR Acountant

**Job Title: Senior** Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant **Department:** Finance **Reports To:** Finance Manager / Accounting Manager **Job Summary** The AR Accountant is responsible for managing incoming payments, ensuring accurate invoicing, monitoring customer accounts, and supporting the company’s cash flow through timely collections. **Requirements** **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time * Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances * Communicate with clients regarding payment status and discrepancies * Record and reconcile incoming payments (bank transfers, checks, cash, etc.) * Maintain accurate customer account records * Prepare AR reports and aging analysis * Coordinate with Sales and Operations regarding billing issues * Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies * Support month-end closing activities related to AR * Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards **Benefits** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role Good knowledge of accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with ERP systems is a plus Strong communication and follow-up skills Attention to detail and accuracy
