Architect

We are looking for an experienced, Architect expert in Revit, Vray, and 3D Max with Solid Experience. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate ideas, make recommendations, and negotiate project details with their team and clients.Duties & Responsibilities:1. Meeting with clients to discuss project objectives and needs.2. Preparing and presenting design proposals as per the local guidelines, including detailed drawings and perspectives.3. Creating detailed drawings and specifications for architectural projects.4. Specifying the architectural materials needed for construction of projects.5. Coordinating the design between the other department structural and MEP.6. Reviewing local rules and regulations to ensure the construction project falls within all constraints.7. Submitting and obtaining the approval from all the authorities involve to the project.8. Follow up with the authorities comments and attend the meeting with authority engineers.9. Review and approve the shop drawings prepared by contractors.10. Review and approve the material submittals.11. Resolving issues that come up during construction.Requirements:1. Must have solid experience with all Dubai Authorities and Master Developer (Dubai Engineering Consultant work experience is a plus)2. 5-10 years of Architect experience.3. Working with computer-aided design software (Revit,3D Max )4. Solid experience and understanding of design and analysis.5. Good communication skills.6. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.7. Ability to work on assigned scope independently Job Type: Full-time Pay: E£100.00 - E£150.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person
