Architect Draftsman

We are seeking a qualified and experienced **Construction Manager** to oversee and manage all on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and manage all construction activities on site. * Lead and supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors. * Monitor project schedules, progress, and resource allocation. * Coordinate with consultants, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. * Review and ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards. * Resolve site issues and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality targets. * Prepare regular progress and cost reports for management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. * Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction management (UAE experience MUST). * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Proven track record in managing building or infrastructure projects. * Knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and construction procedures. * Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
