Architect / Draughtsman (Steel Structure & AutoCAD Specialist)

**Job Summary** We are looking for a highly capable Architect / Draughtsman who can produce precise structural and architectural drawings ranging from small custom frameworks—such as jacuzzi base structures—to large steel assemblies. The ideal candidate must be experienced in steel structure drafting, BOQ preparation, and 3D visualization, with the ability to deliver accurate, workshop-ready drawings. **Key Responsibilities** * Create detailed **steel structure drawings** for small and large-scale projects * Prepare **production and fabrication drawings**, including assembly details * Develop accurate **BOQ (Bill of Quantities)** and material take-offs * Prepare **steel cutting sheets** optimized for workshop use * Generate **quotations and cost estimates** * Perform **surface area calculations** * Design custom architectural components as per project requirements * Create **3D models and renderings** for client presentation and approval * Ensure drawings comply with engineering standards and fabrication feasibility * Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and workshop teams * Update drawings based on site measurements and client feedback **Requirements** * Proficiency in **AutoCAD (2D & 3D)** (mandatory) * Experience in **steel structure drafting and fabrication detailing** (minimum 1–2 years) * Knowledge of **SketchUp / 3ds Max / SolidWorks** or similar 3D software * Ability to prepare **BOQ, cutting sheets, and workshop drawings** * Strong understanding of structural concepts and materials * High attention to detail and problem-solving skills **Language Requirement** * Must be fluent in **Hindi and English** **Education** * Diploma or Degree in **Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field** **Benefits** * Visa provided * Annual leave as per UAE labor law * Gratuity and Leave Salary as per the UAE labor law **How to Apply** Apply via Indeed or send your CV to **[email protected]** *Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.* Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
