Architect / Interior Designer

**Job Summary:** The Architect / Interior Designer is responsible for planning, designing, and supervising architectural and interior works for company projects. The role involves creating functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces while ensuring compliance with client requirements, authority regulations, and company standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare architectural and interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings * Develop 2D drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations for client approval * Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and project scope * Ensure all designs comply with local authority regulations (UAE standards) * Prepare material specifications, mood boards, and finishing schedules * Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers for execution * Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation matches approved drawings * Review shop drawings and provide necessary design clarifications * Assist in project planning, budgeting, and timelines related to design scope * Modify and revise designs based on feedback or site conditions **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design * Minimum 2–5 years of experience in architectural/interior design (UAE experience preferred) * Proficiency in design software such as **AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop** * Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction details * Good understanding of UAE building codes and authority approvals * Strong communication and coordination skills **Skills:** * Creative thinking and attention to detail * Time management and ability to meet deadlines * Problem-solving and decision-making skills * Teamwork and coordination Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
