Architectural Designer

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Architectural Designer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing drawings, and supporting project execution in coordination with engineers, consultants, and project teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop architectural design concepts and presentations based on project requirements * Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, plans, sections, and elevations * Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines * Ensure designs comply with local authority regulations and standards * Assist in preparing submissions for approvals and permits * Revise drawings and designs based on feedback from clients and management * Conduct site visits when required to ensure design implementation aligns with plans * Maintain proper documentation and drawing records **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field * Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role * Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3Ds Max and Adobe Creative Suite * Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods * Good communication and coordination skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working on residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects * Knowledge of local authority regulations (e.g., UAE standards) * Familiarity with 3D visualization and rendering tools (Lumion, 3ds Max, etc.) * Arabic speaking is an advantage **Skills:** * Creative thinking and problem-solving * Attention to detail * Time management * Team collaboration Work Location: In person
