Architectural Draughtsman

**Job Summary:** The Architectural Detailer/Draftsman will be responsible for preparing technical drawings and shop drawings based on design specifications and project requirements. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with new and existing clients on regular basis to understand the concept and make drawings accordingly to local authority standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare architectural drawings, shop drawings, and detailed layouts as per project requirements. * Convert sketches and design concepts into technical drawings(3D and 2D visualization) using CAD software. * Ensure drawings comply with company standards, local authority regulations, and project specifications. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to collect required information and resolve discrepancies. * Update drawings to reflect design changes, revisions, and site conditions. * Maintain proper records and filing of drawings and documents. * Knowledge of local approval process and sssist in preparing drawings for authority approvals and submissions. * Review and verify dimensions, materials, and other technical details for accuracy. * Ensure work is completed within deadlines and quality standards. **Qualifications & Skills:** * Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. * Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as an Architectural Draftsman/Detailer (preferably with Engineering consultants). * Proficient in AutoCAD and other 3D and 2D softwares. * Good understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and building codes. * Well-versed in Detailing. * Good communication and coordination skills preferably in English, but Arabic is a plus. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Knowledge in Authority Rules & Design Regulation (such as DM, DDA, DCD, DEWA and TRAKHEES, etc.) * Can join immediately Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
