**Job Title: Architectural Draftsman** **Location:** Dubai, United Arab Emirates We are seeking a skilled **Architectural Draftsman** with a strong focus on architectural projects to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in **commercial and residential projects** in drafting, preparing shop drawings, detailing technical documents, and coordinating with site teams. This role requires proficiency in architectural software and an ability to translate design concepts into precise technical drawings. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed **architectural drawings**, shop drawings, and technical documentation for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. * Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and site staff to ensure drawings align with design specifications and construction requirements. * Conduct accurate measurements and update drawings as per site conditions. * Support the project team in **design reviews, value engineering, and technical clarifications**. * Ensure drawings comply with relevant **standards, codes, and quality control requirements**. * Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and technical documentation. * Assist with **3D modeling, renderings, or visualization** tasks using software tools. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Architectural Technology. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in architectural drafting. * **Software Skills:** AutoCAD (mandatory), Revit / BIM, SketchUp, 3D tools, Photoshop. * Strong understanding of **construction details, technical specifications, and drafting standards**. * Good **communication skills**; English proficiency preferred but not mandatory. * Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and meet deadlines. **Preferred Attributes:** * Focused more on **architecture** than interior design. * Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving. * Experience with **residential and commercial projects**. **Benefits:** * **Competitive salary within the AED 5,000 – 6,000 range.** * Opportunity to work on high-profile architectural projects in Dubai. * Professional growth and training opportunities. * **Medical Insurance** * **Employment Visa provided** * **Annual Air Ticket provided** **How to Apply:** Submit your **CV and portfolio** demonstrating relevant project experience on :- **WhatsApp Number :- +971585352131** **Email :- [email protected]** Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
