Key Responsibilities * Coordinate between clients, architects, and site contractors to ensure design intent is maintained. * Manage and track architectural documentation, including shop drawings, material submittals, and RFI logs. * Conduct regular site inspections to verify that construction aligns with approved plans and quality standards. * Facilitate multidisciplinary coordination meetings to resolve structural or MEP clashes early. * Ensure all architectural activities comply with Qatar’s local construction regulations and safety codes. * Support the Project Manager in scheduling, resource allocation, and preparing technical progress reports. Skills & Requirements * **Technical Mastery:** Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM coordination experience is highly valued). * **Communication:** Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders and clients. * **Problem Solving:** A proactive mindset for identifying site constraints and proposing creative, cost-effective solutions. * **Industry Experience:** 3+ years in architectural coordination, specifically within retail fit-out or luxury interiors. * **Educational Background:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * **Organizational Grit:** Ability to manage multiple project timelines without compromising on detail.
