Architecture Engineer (UPDA-C Grade)

**Architectural Engineer (Fit-Out)** **UPDA Grade:** C A reputed Fit-Out Company in Qatar is looking for a **Architectural Engineer (Fit-Out)** with extensive experience in site execution, coordination, and project delivery for high-end interior projects. **Job Description** The Senior Architectural Engineer will be responsible for managing and executing interior fit-out works on site, ensuring that all activities are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedule, and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Review and prepare **shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and mock-ups** for consultant/client approval. * Manage daily **site execution** of architectural and fit-out works such as gypsum partitions, ceilings, wall cladding, flooring, joinery, doors, glass, and finishes. * Coordinate closely with **MEP, structural, and civil teams** to avoid clashes and ensure smooth work progress. * Ensure works are carried out in compliance with **QCS, project specifications, approved drawings, and safety standards**. * Monitor subcontractor performance, work quality, productivity, and material usage. * Prepare **daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports**. * Conduct site inspections, snagging, and rectification works prior to consultant/client inspections. * Attend project meetings and provide technical support to the project manager. * Ensure proper implementation of **HSE requirements** on site. * Control material wastage, rework, and site resources. * Coordinate with procurement team for timely material delivery. * Support in preparation of **as-built drawings** and project handover documents. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in **Architecture or Architectural Engineering** * **UPDA Grade C (mandatory)** * **5–8 years** experience in interior fit-out projects (Qatar experience preferred) * Strong knowledge of **fit-out materials, systems, finishes, and installation methods** * Good understanding of **QCS, local authority requirements, and site standards** * Proficient in **AutoCAD, MS Office**, and basic reporting tools * Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills * Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines **Location:** Qatar Interested candidates may send their CV to: **[email protected]** Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
