**Urgent Hiring – Area Manager | High-Rise Building Construction | UAE** **Location:** United Arab Emirates **Industry:** Construction / High-Rise Buildings **Joining:** Immediate **Salary:** **AED 30,000 – 40,000 per month** A leading **high-rise building construction company in the UAE** is urgently seeking an experienced and results-driven **Area Manager** to oversee multiple **high-rise tower and multi-storey building projects** across the region. We are looking for a senior construction professional with extensive expertise in **high-rise project execution, operations management, client coordination, and multi-site supervision**. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee multiple **high-rise building construction projects** across assigned areas * Manage **project managers, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors** * Ensure projects are delivered on **time, within budget, and as per quality standards** * Monitor **construction progress, resource allocation, and workforce productivity** * Coordinate with **clients, consultants, architects, MEP, and civil teams** * Review project schedules, risk assessments, cost reports, and compliance documentation * Ensure all projects follow **UAE authority approvals, safety, and HSE standards** * Support senior management with **strategic planning and project reporting** **Requirements** * **Minimum 15 years of experience** in **high-rise building construction** * Strong UAE/GCC experience in handling **multiple tower or multi-storey projects** * Proven leadership in **operations, planning, execution, and area-level project control** * Must be an **Arabic Speaker** * Candidates available for **immediate joining** will be highly preferred **Salary Package** **AED 30,000 – 40,000 per month** (Based on project exposure and leadership experience) **Job Type** **Full-time | Permanent** **Preferred Experience** * High-Rise Tower Construction: **15 years+** * UAE / GCC Multi-Project Management: **Preferred** * Residential / Commercial Towers: **Mandatory** Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
