Area Retail Showroom Manager - Furniture Industry

**Job Summary:** The Area Retail Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple retail showrooms in UAE (Al Ain - Abu Dhabi, Dubai & Sharjah), ensuring smooth daily operations, driving sales performance, and maintaining high standards of customer service and visual merchandising. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise multiple showroom locations within the assigned area * Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and annual targets * Monitor showroom performance, KPIs, and profitability * Ensure excellent customer service standards across all showrooms * Recruit, train, and develop showroom staff and supervisors * Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance evaluations * Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines * Ensure stock availability, inventory control, and minimize shrinkage * Coordinate with marketing team for promotions and campaigns * Handle customer complaints and resolve escalations professionally * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and UAE regulations **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field * Minimum **5–8 years of experience in retail**, with at least **2–3 years in a multi-store management role in UAE.** * Strong leadership and team management skills * Proven track record in achieving sales targets * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management * Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS systems * Valid UAE Driving License (preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
