**Job Title: AutoCAD Draftsman – Metal Division** **Location:** United Arab Emirates (UAE) **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Industry:** Architectural Metal | Structural Steel | Fabrication **Job Summary** We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled **AutoCAD Draftsman – Metal Division** with hands-on experience in architectural metal works and structural steel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings while coordinating closely with engineers, production teams, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare detailed **2D AutoCAD drawings** for architectural metal and structural steel works * Develop: * Shop drawings * Fabrication drawings * Installation details * Coordinate with design, production, and site teams for drawing approvals and execution * Review project specifications, BOQs, IFC, and tender drawings * Ensure all drawings comply with project standards and client requirements * Revise and update drawings based on engineer/client feedback and site conditions * Maintain proper documentation and version control of all drawings **RequirementsEducation** * Diploma or Degree in: * Civil Engineering * Mechanical Engineering * Or related field **Experience** * 2–5 years of experience in **UAE/GCC** * Proven experience in **metal works or structural steel fabrication** **Technical Skills** * Strong proficiency in **AutoCAD (2D)** * Good knowledge of: * Architectural metal works * Structural steel detailing * Fabrication and installation drawings * Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings **Preferred Skills** * Experience in: * Aluminum works * Stainless steel (SS) fabrication * Mild steel (MS) structures * Familiarity with 3D software such as: * SolidWorks * Tekla (advantage) * Basic understanding of site execution and installation processes **Core Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Good communication and coordination skills * Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple drawing tasks * Team-oriented with a proactive approach Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
