AutoCAD Draughtsman (Mechanical)

**Job Summary:** We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced **Draughtsman** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and layouts based on engineering, architectural, or design specifications. The candidate should have a solid background in Civil/Mechanical–drafting and be proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design software. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare accurate and detailed drawings, layouts, and plans from sketches, models, or verbal instructions. * Review engineering or architectural designs and ensure they are technically sound. * Modify and update drawings as required by engineers or project managers. * Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and consultants to gather data and resolve design issues. * Maintain drawing registers and documentation in accordance with company standards. * Ensure drawings comply with industry and project-specific standards. * Assist in preparing as-built drawings and documentation upon project completion. **Qualifications and Skills:** * Diploma or ITI in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience in drafting. * Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other 3D software is an advantage. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
