About Us Giovanni L. Gelato is a premium artisan gelato brand with over 60 years of heritage, originating in Germany in 1961. With **500+ sales outlets worldwide**, Halal-certified products, and a growing footprint across the UAE . we are on an exciting expansion journey. Beyond our own retail outlets, we are an established **B2B supplier** providing premium gelato to hotels, restaurants, cafés, and retail partners across the Emirates. We are now looking for a driven sales professional to accelerate our growth. Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **B2B Sales Representative** to join our Dubai team. This is a field-based role where you will be the face of Giovanni L. Gelato in the market — actively hunting for new business, building partnerships, and expanding our brand presence across multiple channels. You will be responsible for securing **shop-in-shop deals**, **hotel & hospitality supply agreements**, and identifying **prime new location opportunities** for Giovanni L. Gelato outlets across the UAE. Key Responsibilities **B2B Sales & Business Development** * Proactively identify, approach, and close new B2B clients including hotels, restaurants, cafés, resorts, clubs, and corporate catering companies * Pitch and negotiate **supply agreements** for Giovanni L. Gelato products to hospitality and F&B operators * Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM tools * Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets * Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers (F&B Managers, Procurement Officers, General Managers) * Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals and product presentations * Follow up consistently on leads, quotations, and contract renewals **Shop-in-Shop & Retail Partnerships** * Identify and approach retail locations, department stores, supermarkets, and lifestyle destinations for **shop-in-shop placement opportunities** * Negotiate commercial terms, space requirements, and operational agreements for shop-in-shop setups * Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new retail partners **New Location Scouting** * Actively scout and evaluate potential new locations for Giovanni L. Gelato standalone outlets and kiosks across the UAE * Assess foot traffic, demographics, competition, and commercial viability of prospective sites * Liaise with mall leasing teams, property developers, and landlords to gather relevant information and submit location proposals to management * Maintain a database of available locations and market opportunities **Market Intelligence** * Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging F&B concepts in the UAE * Provide regular feedback and reporting to management on market dynamics and sales performance * Represent Giovanni L. Gelato at trade events, food exhibitions, and networking opportunities Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field * Minimum **4-6 years of B2B sales experience**, in F&B, FMCG, hospitality, or foodservice distribution * **Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory** * Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets * Existing network within the UAE hospitality, hotel, or F&B industry is a strong plus * Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage) * Self-starter with a hunter mentality — able to work independently in the field * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously * Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using CRM software * Knowledge of UAE market geography across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah is preferred What We Offer * Competitive base salary + **attractive commission structure** * Car allowance and fuel reimbursement * Mobile phone allowance * Opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing, globally recognized gelato brand * Clear career growth path into a senior sales or business development role * Collaborative and supportive management team *Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.* Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * B2B Sales: 3 years (Required) Language: * English (Required) License/Certification: * Driving Licence (Required) Work Location: On the road
