With a diverse team of more than 80 professionals from over 20 countries, we are committed to innovation, excellence, and building a culture that drives performance and results. **Role Summary** We are seeking a **Senior BD Executive** who lives and breathes the AI ecosystem. with deep expertise in AI models, inference, and MLOps commercialization. You won’t just be managing a pipeline; you will be leveraging your deep industry roots to open doors that others can’t. Your goal is to position FAR AI as the go-to inference solution for AI startups, scale-ups and engineering/dev teams globally. **Key Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities** **1. Hunt & Close B2B Inference Deals** * Leverage your existing network of AI/ML decision-makers to open doors at AI startups, scale-ups, and enterprise engineering teams. * Own the full sales cycle for FAR AI inference: prospecting, technical scoping, negotiation, and closing. * Drive Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) through API subscriptions, licensing, and revenue-share agreements. **2. Monetize AI Inference & Models** * Translate technical value (latency, throughput, cost-per-inference, token pricing) into clear commercial propositions. * Package FAR Labs' proprietary models and R&D output (20+ patents) into sellable products for gaming, media, and security clients. * Partner with engineering to define pricing strategies and structure deals that maximize gross margin per inference. 3. Market Intelligence & Positioning * Track the competitive inference landscape (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, Replicate, open-source) and identify where FAR AI wins on latency, cost, or domain specialization. * Feed market signals back to R&D to shape product direction. 4. Client & Technical Engagement * Act as the bridge between clients and ML engineers — scoping POCs, supporting API integration, and validating performance against SLAs. 5. Pipeline Ownership & Reporting * Own BD KPIs: active partnerships, MRR, CAC, and deal velocity. * Report directly to the COO and Director of BD on pipeline, forecasts, and strategic accounts. **Required Qualifications & Skills** * Proven Track Record: 3-5 years of experience in high-growth B2B sales, specifically within Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS), SaaS or AI hardware/software. * Deep AI Network: An active, "warm" network of decision-makers in the AI/ML ecosystem. * Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of the inference stack—concepts such as Token-per-second, KV caching, quantization and GPU cluster orchestration. * The "Hunter" Mindset: A relentless drive to close deals in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where speed is a competitive advantage. * Familiarity with AI deployment tools: Hugging Face, TensorRT, vLLM, or cloud inference endpoints is a strong plus. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences. * Self-starter mindset, comfortable with remote work and fast-paced R&D environments. **Final Note** This role is for a business-savvy AI expert who wants to turn cutting-edge research into real revenue.
