BIM Modeler

We are seeking a skilled **BIM Modeler** to create and manage detailed 3D models for construction and engineering projects. The candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accurate modeling, coordination, and compliance with project requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain **3D BIM models** using software such as **Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks** * Prepare **shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings** * Coordinate with **architectural, structural, and MEP teams** to resolve clashes * Perform **clash detection and coordination** using BIM tools * Ensure models comply with **project standards, specifications, and BIM Execution Plan (BEP)** * Extract **quantities, BOQs, and material take-offs** from models * Update models based on **site changes and design revisions** * Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and quality standards **Requirements** * Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field * Minimum **2 years of experience** as a BIM Modeler * Strong knowledge of **Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks** * Understanding of **construction drawings and standards (UAE/GCC preferred)** * Experience in **MEP / Structural / Architectural modeling** (based on role) * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Good communication and coordination skills **Preferred Skills** * Experience in **Facade / Aluminium / Glass projects** (very useful for your company) * Knowledge of **BIM 360 / ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)** * Familiarity with **LOD (Level of Development) standards** * Basic understanding of **4D/5D BIM concepts** Job Type: Permanent Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
