BIM Modeler (Interior Design & Facade)

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler with experience in Interior Design (ID) and Facade works. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 3D models, coordinating with design and engineering teams, and ensuring project requirements are met. **Key Responsibilities:** * Create and manage BIM models for interior and facade projects * Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and documentation * Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines * Ensure models comply with project standards and specifications * Identify and resolve design clashes * Support project teams with updates and revisions **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a BIM Modeler in ID and facade projects * Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) * Good understanding of construction drawings and standards * Strong coordination and communication skills * Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
