Branch Supervisor

Branch Supervisor Job Purpose: Supervise all branch activities and ensure efficient daily operations in alignment with the company’s objectives. This includes team leadership, business development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: • Create an inspiring work environment based on a culture of open communication and mutual respect. • Set clear goals for the team and follow up on their achievement. • Delegate tasks and set timelines for completion. • Oversee the branch's daily operations and ensure efficiency. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: • Monitor team performance and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). • Prepare regular reports for senior management regarding branch performance and commercial outcomes. Business Development & Growth: • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure contract renewals and secure new opportunities. • Negotiate with new clients on future projects and contractual terms. Compliance & Coordination: • Ensure the branch complies with all internal company policies and procedures. • Collaborate with other department heads to set overall goals and performance indicators. Marketing: • Oversee marketing and branding efforts to ensure alignment with overall business goals. Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in branch management or team supervision. • Strong leadership and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
