Bridge Engineer

**Role Overview** Euro Group for Engineering Consultancy is seeking a **Bridge Engineer** to join our expanding portfolio of infrastructure and transportation projects across **Jeddah and Makkah**. The role requires strong technical capability in bridge engineering, structural design, and site supervision, with a focus on delivering high‑quality engineering solutions aligned with national standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform structural analysis and detailed design of bridges and related civil structures in accordance with MOT and international standards. * Prepare design reports, drawings, technical specifications, and calculation packages. * Review and validate contractor/shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. * Conduct site inspections, supervision activities, and ensure compliance with approved designs and safety requirements. * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. * Provide technical guidance, resolve engineering issues, and support project managers throughout project lifecycle. * Participate in quality assurance/quality control processes and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices. **Minimum Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering** or related discipline; Master’s degree is an advantage. * **Minimum 4 years of professional experience** in bridge engineering, structural design, and/or supervision. * Strong knowledge of structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD, SAP2000, MIDAS, CSI Bridge). * Familiarity with MOT standards, AASHTO, and other relevant design codes. * Proven experience in bridge design, assessment, rehabilitation, or construction supervision. * Excellent technical reporting, communication, and coordination skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * **MOT (Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services) approval** or prior experience working on MOT‑related projects. * Experience in major infrastructure, highway, or transportation projects within Saudi Arabia or GCC. * Professional certification or membership in engineering bodies is an added advantage.
