**Key Responsibilities:**
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
* Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company objectives
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure alignment and successful execution
* Track and report on business development activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
