**Key Responsibilities**: Lead Generation & Sales Build relationships with homeowners, real estate agents, and consultants Conduct client meetings, site visits, and needs assessments
**\*Revenue Growth\*** Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts Negotiate deals and close high-value projects Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
**\*Relationship Management\*** Maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners Develop referral networks within real estate and property management sector
**\*Market Intelligence\*** Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies Identify new business opportunities in Dubai’s renovation sector
**\*Coordination\*** Work closely with project and technical teams to ensure smooth project handover Ensure client expectations are aligned with execution
**\*KPIs\*** (Make This Clear) Monthly revenue generated Number of qualified leads Conversion rate (%) Average deal size Repeat/referral business
**\*Requirements\*** 3+ years UAE experience in construction / renovation / fit-out Proven track record of closing deals Strong network in Dubai real estate or villa communities Excellent communication & negotiation skills UAE driving license
**\*Compensation Structure\*** (Important for Hiring Success) Base salary + high commission structure Incentives for hitting targets Commission on each closed project
**\*Key Qualifications**\*
Education Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Construction Management (Engineering background is a BIG plus in renovation)
**\*Skills\*** Lead generation & closing high-ticket deals (AED 50K–500K+ projects) Negotiation & client handling (high-end clients) Proposal creation & pricing strategy CRM & pipeline management Strong communication (English mandatory, Arabic is a big advantage)
**Industry Experience** (Critical) 3+ years in: Villa renovation / fit-out companies Construction / technical services in UAE
**Must understand:** BOQs, quotations, project cycles Dubai client expectations (quality + speed)
**\*UAE Market Knowledge\***
**Existing network with:** Real estate agents Property owners Facility managers Consultants / interior designers
**Familiar with:** Communities like Emirates Hills, Arabian Ranches, Jumeirah, etc..
Job Types: Contract, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
