Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Business Development Manager (BDM)** with strong experience in equipment rental and contracting services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating business within sectors such as **construction, infrastructure, transport, and Oil & Gas,** while building long-term client relationships and driving revenue growth. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Identify and develop new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, transport, and Oil & Gas sectors 2. Promote and expand the company’s equipment rental and contracting services 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders 4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets 5. Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitor activities 6. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service offerings 7. Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently 5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction **Requirements:** 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 2. 3–6 years of experience in equipment rental, heavy machinery, or contracting services 3. Strong knowledge of UAE market and client network in relevant industries 4. Experience in handling rental of equipment such as cranes, excavators, trailers, bobcats, bulldozers, etc. 5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 6. Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment 7. Should be fluent in English and Malayalam. Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per day Work Location: In person
