This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Dubai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and driving revenue growth. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals, delivering sales presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to develop strategic business initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills
Market research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and act on business opportunities
Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis to track sales performance and customer engagement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders
Proven ability to meet sales targets and lead strategic initiatives
Experience in the property management or real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Resilience, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset
