Business Development Manager

**Key Responsibilities:** * Identify, prospect, and onboard new F&B, wellness, real estate and lifestyle businesses across Dubai. Clients based in America, Europe and Asia are welcome too as our work can be done remotely. * Selling social media retainers (content, management, strategy), paid media and digital marketing packages * Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and solution-based selling. * Pitch our marketing services, including social media strategy, paid ad management, content creation (static and video ads), influencer marketing. * Prepare customized proposals, sales decks, and service packages based on client needs. * Collaborate with the content and marketing team to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction. * Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine positioning. * Maintain an organized pipeline and report progress regularly to the founding team. **Requirements:** * 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (agency or marketing background preferred). * Strong network or understanding of the Dubai F&B/lifestyle scene is a plus. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a startup environment. * Based in Dubai * Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and creator marketing is highly advantageous. **Perks:** * Flexible hours and remote working style. * Opportunity to shape and grow our Dubai presence from the ground up. * Work alongside a passionate, fast-moving team with global ambitions. **To Apply:** Send your resume to **[email protected]** This is a **commission-only** role, ideal for someone who already has a strong network in the UAE and wants to earn well without being tied to a 9–5. **Base pay is possible** based on experience.
