Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in the Interior & Fit-Out industry in Dubai. For more information +971558579769 **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential fit-out projects. * Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and industry events. * Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, project managers, architects, and corporate clients. * Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and capability presentations to prospective clients. * Coordinate with estimation and design teams to prepare competitive quotations and tender submissions. * Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals. * Maintain a strong pipeline of projects and update CRM records regularly. * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches in Dubai. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. * Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in Interior & Fit-Out sales/business development. * Strong network within consultants, project managers, and corporate clients in Dubai. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). * Ability to work independently and under pressure.
