**Job Summary**
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or business development.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align strategies
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
* Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports
* Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand network
**Requirements & Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
