Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated **Business Development Manager** to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth coordination from inquiry stage until project completion. Key Responsibilities: * Generate new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners * Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities * Manage existing client and supplier accounts * Meet with potential customers, introduce company services, and follow up regularly * Prepare proposals, quotations, and support tender preparation and submission * Follow up with customers to convert quotations into confirmed orders * Process orders, including costing, supplier coordination, delivery, installation, and project completion * Coordinate with logistics and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution * Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns * Attend trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events * Prepare weekly reports, forecasts, sales updates, and project status reports * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets * Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional service Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field * Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Experience in proposal preparation, tendering, and customer relationship management * Ability to work under pressure and meet targets * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications * UAE driving license is preferred * Experience in construction, engineering, telecommunications, or related industries is an advantage Email: [email protected] Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
