**About The Monk**
The Monk is a 15 years old - Established Indo-Chinese restaurant brand in Dubai, known for its bold flavors, strong brand identity, and multi-location presence. As part of our expansion strategy, we are building a dedicated vertical focused on **corporate catering, business dining, and institutional partnerships**.
**Role Overview**
We are looking for a **highly driven Business Development Manager** to lead and scale our **corporate catering and B2B sales vertical**. This role is focused on acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with corporate clients, offices, and institutions across Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have strong connections in the corporate ecosystem and a proven track record in B2B sales within F&B, catering, or hospitality.
**Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales**
* Identify and acquire **corporate clients** for:
* Business lunches & dinners
* Office catering
* Corporate events & bulk orders
* Monthly meal contracts / canteen supply
* Build a strong pipeline of **SMEs, MNCs, co-working spaces, and institutions**
* Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
**2. Corporate Partnerships**
* Develop long-term contracts with:
* Offices & corporate parks
* Schools, colleges, and institutions
* Staff meal programs / canteen outsourcing
* Position The Monk as a **preferred catering partner**
**3. Product & Offering Development**
* Work with internal teams to:
* Design **corporate menus & combo packages**
* Create **subscription meal plans**
* Customize offerings based on client needs
* Ensure pricing aligns with profitability targets
**4. Client Relationship Management**
* Maintain strong relationships with key accounts
* Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
* Handle negotiations, contracts, and renewals
**5. Market Expansion Strategy**
* Identify new business opportunities (business districts, free zones, events)
* Collaborate with marketing team for targeted campaigns
* Track competitors and industry trends
**Requirements**
* 3–6 years experience in **B2B sales / corporate catering / hospitality sales**
* Strong network in **Dubai corporate ecosystem**
* Proven ability to close deals and manage large accounts
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
* UAE driving license preferred
**Compensation & Benefits**
* **Salary:** AED 5,000 – AED 10,000 (based on experience)
