Business Development Manager (Digital Marketing)

**Location:** Dubai, UAE (On-site / Hybrid as per company policy) **Experience Required:** Minimum **3+ years** in Business Development / Sales (Digital Marketing or Agency experience preferred) **Salary:** **AED 8,000/month + Commission (based on sales)** **Job Type:** Full-time **About the Role** We’re hiring a **Business Development Manager** to drive new client acquisition for our digital marketing services. You will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, pitching our solutions confidently, and closing deals with decision-makers. **Key Responsibilities** * Generate and close new business leads (B2B) for digital marketing services * Build and manage a pipeline via outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and inbound inquiries * Schedule and conduct discovery calls/meetings with founders, marketing managers, and business owners * Understand client goals and propose tailored solutions (social media, performance ads, influencer, PR, SEO, etc.) * Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to move deals forward * Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts * Maintain CRM updates, pipeline forecasting, and weekly reporting * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover after closing **Requirements (Must-Have)** * **Minimum 3+ years** of proven sales/business development experience * Strong closing skills and confident communication (English required; Arabic is a plus) * Experience selling services (agency, marketing, media, tech, or related industries preferred) * Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and negotiations independently * Professional personality with strong relationship-building ability **What We Offer** * **AED 8,000 fixed salary + commission (based on sales)** * Growth opportunity with a fast-moving digital marketing company * Supportive team environment and strong service portfolio to sell * Performance-based career progression Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED8,000.00 per month Experience: * sales: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
