Business Development Manager - Interior Fit out Industry

**Job Summary** We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in the interior fit-out industry to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and secure new projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales within fit-out, construction, or related sectors. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential fit-out projects * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, designers, and contractors * Generate leads through networking, market research, and industry events * Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial bids * Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met * Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments * Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and provide regular sales forecasts and reports **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field * 5+ years of business development or sales experience in interior fit-out, construction, or related industry * Strong network within the UAE market (consultants, contractors, developers) * Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate revenue * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Valid UAE driving license preferred **Key Skills** * Business development & sales strategy * Client relationship management * Contract negotiation * Market analysis * Project coordination * Communication & interpersonal skills **Preferred Experience** * Experience working with fit-out contractors or design firms * Familiarity with commercial and hospitality projects * Knowledge of local market regulations and standards Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
