Business Development Manager( Night Shift)

**Roles and Responsibilities:** 1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation * Identify and target potential clients in domestic and international markets * Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, and digital channels * Convert prospects into long-term business clients 2. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth * Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies * Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets * Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts 3. Client Relationship Management * Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers * Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions * Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention 4. Market Research & Analysis * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry demands * Identify new business opportunities in emerging technologies * Provide insights to improve product/service positioning 5. Proposal & Contract Management * Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations * Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients * Coordinate with legal and finance teams for deal closure 6. Collaboration with Internal Teams * Work closely with sales, marketing, technical, and delivery teams * Ensure smooth project handover from sales to execution * Align solutions with client expectations and technical feasibility 7. Networking & Brand Representation * Represent the company at events, conferences, and meetings * Build strong professional networks in the IT industry * Enhance brand visibility in the market **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in required in sales * Should be available in Dubai for face to face interview round * Should be confident having strong negotiation and communication skills * Should be aware with current market trend Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per day Work Location: In person
