We Are Hiring | Fabyab GroupPosition: Carpentry Workshop Supervisor📍 Location: Erbil, Iraq📅 Application Deadline: April 25, 2026Job Summary:We are looking for a Carpentry Workshop Supervisor to oversee the carpentry workshop operations related to the manufacturing and repair of wooden pallets. The role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency, quality control, and proper inventory management.Key Responsibilities:• Supervise daily carpentry workshop operations and manage the technical team.• Oversee the repair and manufacturing of wooden pallets and ensure quality standards are met.• Maintain workshop equipment and tools to ensure safe and efficient operation.• Conduct regular inventory checks for pallets and maintain adequate stock levels.• Coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely supply of pallets and materials.• Monitor pallet lifecycle and coordinate with sales and shipping teams to retrieve pallets from customers.• Identify and negotiate with suppliers to obtain pallets at competitive prices.• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and workshop regulations.• Prepare periodic reports on workshop productivity, pallet repairs, inventory movement, and operational costs.Qualifications & Requirements:• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, carpentry work, or pallet repair.• Technical or vocational education is preferred.• Good knowledge of wood types and industrial pallet specifications.• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) for reporting and communication.• Strong leadership and team management skills.• Good communication and negotiation abilities.• Strong organizational skills and attention to safety standards.📩 How to Apply:Send your CV to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])Subject: Carpentry Workshop SupervisorJoin Fabyab Group and be part of our growing team.#WeAreHiring #ErbilJobs #IraqJobs #ManufacturingJobs #Fabyab
