Cashier/Accountant

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cashier/Accountant to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support overall accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, integrity, and the ability to handle both cashiering and basic accounting responsibilities efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle daily cash transactions, receipts, and payments accurately * Maintain cash registers and ensure proper cash balance at all times * Record financial transactions in accounting software/system * Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers * Monitor accounts receivable and payable * Assist in bank reconciliations and financial reporting * Coordinate with the sales team for payment follow-ups * Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures * Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a cashier, accountant, or in a similar role * Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting * Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Good communication and organizational skills * Ability to handle cash responsibly and maintain confidentiality **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Experience in trading/manufacturing industry (preferred) * Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations is an advantage **What We Offer:** * Professional work environment * Opportunity for growth and development **How to Apply:** Interested candidates can apply through Indeed or send their CV to: [email protected] Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From AED3,150.00 per month Work Location: In person
